It was important for me to start appreciating how deeply our gut and nervous system are connected — and how much they can influence everything from energy to mood to digestion. I began focusing on real food, simple routines, and gentle practices that supported both. Slowly, I started to feel better. Clearer. Calmer. More like me again.
